EXHIBIT DETAILS

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee.

EXHIBIT DISPLAY GUIDELINES

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

SHIPPING

If you need to ship your display or materials, please plan to have them arrive at the venue NO EARLIER THAN SEPTEMBER 28, 2023. Please clearly mark your boxes with your organization's name and the words EXHIBIT TABLE to ensure delivery to your exhibit.

EXHIBIT STAFF

All exhibit staff must be registered via our Exhibit Staff Registration form. This is a special registration type available only to sponsors and exhibitors and helps us account for who will staff your exhibit during the event.

The main contact associated with your sponsor/exhibitor registration was emailed instructions on completing this form.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION

We are expecting up to 230 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.
