Payment & Cancellation Policies

PAYMENT POLICY FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES

Payments for conference registration must be paid in full by 5:00pm on September 20, 2024 CST. If payment is not made in full by the deadline, the registration will be canceled.

A registration is considered paid in full when the counselor is 1) registered online and 2) has submitted one of the following payment types:

credit card payment
check
purchase order (PO).

Registrations made between September 20 at 5:01pm and September 27 at 11:59pm must be paid in full at the time of registration (credit card payment only).

The deadline to register is September 27, 2024 at 11:59pm.

HOW TO PAY

POs can be uploaded via the registration form or emailed to admin@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org.
Credit card payments can be made at the time of registration.
If you originally registered to pay by check or PO and want to submit a credit card payment instead, log into our website and click on Your Profile > Registrations > 2024 MSSCA Conference. From there, you can click "Continue" to add a credit card for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES

MSSCA considers a counselor registered when the counselor has registered online, and they have submitted a check, credit card, or PO for payment of their registration.

Cancellations for Credit Card Payments
Cancellations for registrations purchased by credit card are accepted up to 5:00pm on September 20, 2024. The counselor will be refunded the cost of the registration, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations for Purchase Orders Payments
Cancellations for registrations with a purchase order are accepted up to 5:00pm on September 20, 2024 as long as MSSCA has not received a check payment for the purchase order (see below). If payment has not been made by check, the registration will be canceled without penalty.

Cancellations for Check Payments
There are no cancellations or refunds for payments made by check. These registrations can be transferred into another name.

REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICIES

Registrations may be transferred to another individual by contacting conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org. Transfers must be requested by September 20, 2024 at 5pm.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS

All sponsorships and exhibit tables must be paid in full by 5pm on 5:00pm on August 30, 2024. Sponsor and exhibitor registrations made after August 30 must be paid in full at the time of registration (credit card payment only).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS

There are no cancellations or refunds for any sponsorships, exhibit spaces, or advertisements associated with the conference once the sponsor/exhibitor/advertiser has submitted the registration.
