Payments for conference registration must be paid in full by 5:00pm on Friday, September 25, 2026. If payment is not made in full by the deadline, admission to the conference will not be granted. Please see our cancellation policies below.
A registration is considered paid in full when the counselor is 1) registered online and 2) has submitted one of the following payment types:
credit card payment
check
purchase order (PO).
The deadline to register is September 18, 2026 at 11:59pm.
HOW TO PAY
POs can be uploaded via the registration form or emailed to conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org.
Credit card payments can be made at the time of registration.
If you originally registered to pay by check or PO and want to submit a credit card payment instead, log into our website and click on Your Profile > Registrations > 2026 MSSCA Conference. From there, you can click "Continue" to add a credit card for payment.
MSSCA considers a counselor registered when the counselor has registered online, and they have submitted a check, credit card, or PO for payment of their registration.
Cancellations for Credit Card Payments Cancellations for registrations purchased by credit card are accepted up to 5:00pm on September 18, 2026. The counselor will be refunded the cost of the registration, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested by the deadline by emailing conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org.
Cancellations for Purchase Order Payments Cancellations for registrations with a purchase order are accepted up to 5:00pm on September 18, 2026 as long as the MSSCA has not received a check payment for the purchase order (see check payment cancellation policy below). If payment has not been made by check, the registration will be canceled without penalty. The registrant must notify the MSSCA of the cancellation by emailing conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org prior to the deadline. If the cancellation is not received in writing by the deadline, the registrant will be responsible for payment of 100% of the registration fee.
Cancellations for Check Payments There are no cancellations or refunds for payments made by check. These registrations can be transferred to another name. See below for instructions.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICIES
Registrations may be transferred to another individual by contacting conference@magnoliastateschoolcounselor.org. Transfers must be requested by September 18, 2026 at 5pm.
PAYMENT POLICY FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS
All sponsorships and exhibit tables must be paid in full by 8am on Monday, September 29. Admission to the exhibit area will not be granted until payment is made. Sponsor and exhibitor registrations made after September 1 must be paid in full at the time of registration (credit card payment only).
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS
There are no cancellations or refunds for any sponsorships, exhibit spaces, or advertisements associated with the conference once the sponsor/exhibitor/advertiser has submitted the registration.
